JOI Book SK3000 Launches with Qualcomm Snapdragon 850 Power for MYR 2,199

At the end of last year, we saw a major shift in the world of personal and portable computing. We saw Apple launching their new MacBook Pro and MacBook Air with a confusing architecture style. They brought out the new notebooks that comes packing a processor that seems to be made for a smartphone. They call it their M1 chip. Whatever it is, it runs a full class Operating System made for modern day PCs.

A little later after that, Qualcomm also announced that they are going to delve into the mobile computing platform. They are going to get their Qualcomm 800 series System on a Chip (SoC) platforms into a notebook PC in 2021. Today, that dream is made a reality with JOI.

Source: JOI

Welcome to the Qualcomm PC experience with the JOI Book SK3000. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 850 SoC. We admit, it is not the most updated SoC in Qualcomm’s books. We also admit, it is not a 5G supporting chipset. But it is still a reasonably powerful chipset.

You still get 4G connectivity out of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 850. In this day and age, where 5G is still not available, you are going to get the best connectivity experience with 4G still. It supports any of Malaysia’s network too, so you can get away with just about any data plan. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 850 is also more powerful than the entry level Processors from both AMD and Intel. In that case, it makes plenty of sense in a notebook.

Unlike the older generation Qualcomm based PCs, the JOI Book SK3000 is not running on some toned-down version of Windows though. It runs on Windows 10 Pro with Bitlocker tools. It is the real deal.

Source: JOI

The small caveat here is that the JOI Book SK3000 only packs 4GB of RAM. We know that Windows can be a little memory hungry at times too, especially if you rely on Google Chrome as your browser. The new Microsoft Edge is a good Chromium based browser though, that does not require a large amount of RAM to work with. Still, we would have loved to see an 8GB RAM size.

It also comes with a 128GB internal SSD which can be expanded via MicroSD card that is hidden with the SIM card tray. We are not entirely sure if you can upgrade the SSD or the RAM at all at this point. We do know that the JOI Book SK3000 is a full aluminium notebook PC though. In that regards, you can expect some nice heft and a high build quality to it.

Still, it is not all that hefty at 1.05kg though. Within that 1.05kg is a 12.5-inch Full HD IPS display. Within the 1.05kg package is also a 4,500mAh battery that with a quoted 10 hours of battery life. Not quite all-day battery life at this point, but 10 hours is still plenty. Obviously because it is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 850, it stays on standby when you do not use it to continue receiving emails and other notifications when it is sleeping. In that mode, the battery should last you much longer.

The JOI Book SK3000 is now available on JOI and GLOO Official stores on Shopee and Lazada. You can also get your pre-order done on GLOO Official website. Of course, you can get your hands on one via SNS Network stores and authorised resellers across Malaysia. The JOI Book will be priced at MYR 2,199 and comes with a 30-day free trial of Microsoft Office.

[CES 2021] Dell Precision 3560 – Taking Your Projects on The Road *UPDATE*

Remote working is a bigger focus now more than ever. We have been saying that for that past year, to be fair. It still rings true today though. But it is not just about avoiding the rest of the world to be cooped up in your own room. It is also about being flexible at work.

Source: Dell

It is about being able to work in places where you never thought you could work at. It is also about getting your projects worked on-site and visualised in near real-time. That, and it is also about getting your projects worked on in a timely manner. Time is money, after all.

So, you need a work PC that is both powerful, portable, and incredibly powerful. You need one of these, a Dell Precision 3560. Oh, if you are an environmentalist, this might be a delight for you too. As part of their Dell Moonshot Goal by 2030 programme, the Dell Precision 3560’s shell is made with the inclusion of some recycled materials or recyclable materials such as bioplastics and ‘tall oil’ a by-product of the paper making process that usually goes to waste.

Source: Dell

Now, back to the device at hand, back to the Dell Precision 3560. This ultra-portable work beast can be customised to however you need it to work. You can go from HD options, all the way to UHD options. Of course, all of them are in 15.6-inch size factor. Near bezel-less too, to make it tinier for your gear bag.

You can get it to come packing a huge punch with Intel’s 11th Generation Core processors. You can spec it with up to an Intel Core i7-1185G7 quad-core processor that clocks at 1.9GHz and up to 4.8GHz on Turbo. That is gaming class power right there.

Source: Dell

Graphics options range from the humble Intel UHD Graphics integrated GPU or up to an NVIDIA Quadro T500 for maximum work attack mode. Combined with Intel’s Core i7-1185G7, the Dell Precision 3560 makes short work of 3D CAD design apps and allows you to work as seamlessly as a seamless stainless-steel tube; precise and functional.

Of course, powerful GPU and CPU has to be paired with ample temporary memory to prevent bottlenecking. You really do not want your work to bottleneck at the last minute. You can get up to 64GB of DDR4 (32GB x 2) RAM modules in the belly of the beast for god measure. Storage options are practically endless as well to store as many projects as you can to keep yourself mobile. Dell gives you the option to go with up to 2TB in premium Gen4 PCIe NVMe SSD storage.

According to Dell, the Dell Precision 3560 will be available globally as soon as 12th January 2021 (this month). There are no mentions of its local (Malaysia) availability just yet. It will be priced at US$ 1,189 (MYR 4,819*) onward.  No mentions of local pricing just yet too and available specs in Malaysia. We are keeping our ears close to the ground though, so watch this space.

UPDATE: The Dell Precision 3560 will be coming to Malaysia later this month. Prices to be announced later.

Hankyung.com’s introduces: ‘Trade On’ breaks down the COVID-19 wall against global trading in Seoul

SEOUL, South Korea, Jan. 5, 2020 — As all fairs around the world has been shut down due to the pandemic of COVID-19, the small/medium companies of Korea have lost most of the chances to introduce their products and meet with the buyers. Unlike the larger companies with overseas branches and sales networks, small/medium companies are blocked by the ‘export wall’ built up by COVID-19.

Following announcement covered by Hankyung.com, Seoul and Seoul Business Agency (SBA), the small/medium business supporting agency affiliated to Seoul, are planning to open ‘Trade On,’ the online/offline integrated platform for exporters to relieve the hardships of small/medium exporters and lay a foundation for sustainable support for them. It opened temporarily in the beginning of December and about 100 companies have registered with the ‘Trade On’ platform so far.

‘Trade On (tradeon.kr)’ is a B2B platform that integrates the DB of small/medium companies in Korea and the potential buyers overseas to boost the companies’ active exports abroad. It is currently open for testing and its services and DB will continue to be updated.

When buyers log onto Trade On, they can visit the virtual booths of various companies as if attending a fair. They can check their major products, company profiles, and brochures and even chat with the representatives, start a video conference, or send inquiries. The small/medium businesses on Trade On can also take advantage of the video conference systems at SBA Global Marketing Center in Deungchon-dong, Seoul.

‘Trade On’ is an innovative platform that provides everything small/medium companies need when preparing for and promoting exports, including online booths, online business matching (meetings), advisory services, and export-related seminars. The offline infrastructure for video conferences and advisory services can be booked and scheduled by any small/medium business on the online platform. SBA is planning to continue supporting exports through the platform.

Other export platforms for small/medium businesses provide video conference systems for buyers overseas, whereas ‘Trade On’ allows the local businesses to request video conferences with buyers overseas. They can approach the registered buyers themselves rather than simply waiting for the buyers to visit their websites. Also, their new products registered on the platform are automatically exposed to the interested buyers based on the interested areas selected by buyers and small/medium businesses upon signup. Not only that, buyers are invited to join the platform based on the HS Code and actual importation records of each item provided by 20 customs offices around the world for the local credit rating companies and the same data can also be used to identify the buyers for the local companies to sort out invalid inquiries. The two-way interaction between buyers and exporters is expected to activate inquiries and generate profit.

The products registered with ‘Trade On’ are largely classified into five categories: IT/ElectronicsMedical/Biofoodsbeauty, and Lifestyle. The categories have been expanded beyond the everyday commodities for more small/medium exporters to join.

Participating companies include ‘Clair,’ an everyday appliance brand, ‘ABKO,’ the No. 1 gaming gear provider in Korea, ‘SN Fashion Group’ of Sonyunara for the Millennial generation, ‘Kotsam,’ a traditional tea exporter with No. 1 market share for honey Yuzu tea in the world, and ‘GOSHEN Korea’ that launched a beauty brand ‘Quret’ to win the 20 Million Export Tower on the Trade Day last year.

"Many small/medium businesses are having difficulties with exports due to recent re-spread of COVID-19," said Kim Yong-sang, the head of SBA Marketing Headquarters. "The new ‘Trade On’ is expected to introduce the competitive products of local small/medium exporters and explore the export channels in the ‘non-contact’ manner for the post-COVID-19 era."

More HDMI(R) 2.1 Enabled Products Reach The Market Bringing Advanced Consumer Entertainment Features To A Wide Audience

Ultra High Speed HDMI® Cables Now Available Enabling End-to-End HDMI 2.1 Installations

SAN JOSE, Calif., Jan. 6, 2021 — Over three years after the launch of the HDMI Specification Version 2.1, major products are now widely available that support HDMI 2.1 features including 4K@120Hz, 8K@60Hz, Dynamic HDR and eARC. Instead of asking when HDMI 2.1-enabled products will be available, people are now asking for advice about which new HDMI 2.1-enabled products to buy.

"It’s exciting to see so many new products available with these new features," said Rob Tobias, CEO and president of HDMI Licensing Administrator, Inc. (HDMI LA). "And with the launch of the latest gaming consoles, consumers can now enjoy a thrilling HDMI 2.1 end-to-end experience with consoles, AVR’s, cables, TVs and monitors. With shipments of HDMI products reaching almost 10 billion since it launched in 2002, HDMI technology continues to be the universal interface for consumer electronics products."

HDMI 2.1 technology’s enhanced gaming features deliver advanced, unrivaled gaming experiences into the home. These features include Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) and Quick Frame Transport (QFT); and when combined with new 4K and 8K displays, HDR and eARC immersive audio, HDMI 2.1 brings the best of home entertainment to life. The new Fixed Rate Link (FRL) mode of HDMI 2.1 ensures much more robust video delivery over the cable, by using a robust forward error correction scheme, combined with a link training protocol which adapts the link rate, if needed.

Another year of big accomplishments for the HDMI Forum

"The HDMI Forum didn’t rest after releasing the 2.1 specification and 2020 was one of its busiest years ever," said David Glen of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. and President of the HDMI Forum. "We launched the Ultra High Speed HDMI Cable Certification Program (UHS Program) and now these UHS Cables are available in the market to enable full the 48Gbps performance of HDMI 2.1. We also released the Compliance Test Specification for Active Cables, and end-users will shortly be able to purchase Active Optical Cables that support longer length installations, an important step in completing the HDMI 2.1 ecosystem." Regarding the future he added, "In addition to the great products released in 2020, we’re expecting many new products in 2021 supporting the enhanced features of HDMI 2.1."

The mandatory UHS Program ensures that quality Ultra High Speed HDMI® Cables reach the market and support 4K and 8K video, HDR, VRR, eARC and all other HDMI 2.1 features, and cables are required to affix an Ultra High Speed HDMI Certification Label to each package notifying consumers of the certification status of the product. These Certified cable designs must pass rigorous testing requirements for 48G signal performance and pass new state-of-the-art EMI tests designed to minimize interference with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and other radio frequencies.

The HDMI Forum is also promoting HDMI Cable Power. With this feature, active HDMI Cables can now be powered directly from the HDMI Connector, without attaching a separate power cable. This makes attaching and using active HDMI Cables as easy as using passive, wired HDMI Cables.

Shipments of Premium High Speed HDMI Cables grow along with expansion of 4K content distribution

With the explosion of 4K content, this cable is vital to both the consumer and commercial sectors connecting 4K cable, satellite and IPTV set top boxes to TVs. It is specified globally for use by service providers for in-home installations. It also requires packaging to display the Premium HDMI Cable Certification Label for added verification of compliance and to prevent counterfeiting; this cable certification program is also administered by HDMI LA.

HDMI LA Ramps Up International Enforcement of Counterfeit Products

HDMI LA ensures licensed and compliant products reach the market and works with international law enforcement and customs and borders officials to conduct factory raids, product seizures and takedowns of counterfeit product listings on e-commerce and social media. This benefits the licensed HDMI Adopters and authorized resellers and ensures end-users can purchase legitimate products, enabling a seamless plug-and-play experience.

HDMI LA at CES 2021

HDMI LA is participating in the all-digital CES 2021 and will be hosting content as well as a webcast featuring David Glen and Rob Tobias providing a more detailed update on the status of HDMI technology and HDMI 2.1 in the marketplace.

TurtleTree Labs, the global leader in cell based milk, launches TurtleTree Scientific

SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 6, 2021 — TurtleTree Labs, the global leader in cell-based milk, today announced the launch of TurtleTree Scientific, dedicated to the growth of food grade growth factors. Despite the costs of producing cell-based meat declining over the years, the cell culture media and growth factors remain one of the biggest cost contributors, hindering the path to market.

TurtleTree Scientific is commercialising the Growth Factors developed by TurtleTree Labs
TurtleTree Scientific is commercialising the Growth Factors developed by TurtleTree Labs

What does this mean for the cellular agriculture industry? In early 2021, TurtleTree Scientific will be working with cell-based meat companies on the production of food grade growth factors. The prices are expected to be a fraction of pharmaceutical grade equivalents on the market. Singapore, as the first country in the world to approve the sale of cell based meat products, is strategic as the country is bound to attract the attention of more cell-based companies and has existing customers that it can scale with.

The availability of cost-efficient growth factors will be essential for cellular agriculture to validate its economic feasibility. In addition, Singapore is also a regional biotech hub where quality growth factors are in high demand for their use in the life sciences industry.

Bruce Fredrich the executive director of Good Food Institute is very excited for this launch. "Singapore for the win again. The exciting work being done at Turtle Tree Labs is happening with tremendous support from the government, and other governments need to follow Singapore’s lead. Governments are interested in stopping the next pandemic and in keeping antibiotics working, and governments want to meet their climate obligations under the Paris climate agreement, so governments should be following Singapore’s lead and doing all they can to create a welcoming environment for innovative companies like TurtleTree Labs. Right now, Singapore is in a class by itself; other governments need to step up."

"Not only are we collaborating with local research institutes like NUS and NTU, but also global institutions like Wageningen University in the Netherlands. We have already started sending some samples to other cell based meat companies and aim to play a major role in this industry," says Max Rye, Chief Strategist of TurtleTree Labs.

TurtleTree Labs has recently raised US$9.4M from investors which include Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed’s KBW Ventures and Hong Kong venture capital firm Green Monday Ventures. As an arm of TurtleTree Labs, TurtleTree Scientific will have its own team of experienced industry players driving it.

[CES 2021] Dell Optimizer Helps You Be More Productive By Worrying Less

Dell has focused on optimising their offerings both in hardware and software in recent years. They have introduced a slew of software enhancements that has bolstered their hardware efficiency. This year, they are bringing a new piece of software to up the ante – the Dell Optimizer.

The Dell Optimizer is an AI-based optimization software that will adapt to your working style and respond to the way you work. It combines multiple components to reduce the network and data traffic issues and optimise performance on the applications to provide better, longer run times on a single charge. There are five components to this software: ExpressResponse, IntelligentAudio,   ExpressCharge,  ExpressConnect,  and  ExpressSign-In.

The ExpressResponse component of the Dell Optimizer software uses artificial intelligence and Intel’s Adaptix Technology to prioritize applications using stringent uptime requirements for speed and performance. To do so, users simply move the application in question to the Dell Optimizer interface and machine learning will do the rest. The algorithm will study the usage patterns and functions of the user in each program and intelligently enhance the performance. After this,  ExpressResponse  optimise the launch time of the application so that the user able to switch from one application to another quickly and smoothly.

ExpressResponse works in tandem with ExpressCharge. This feature focuses on getting better battery-life based user habits. ExpressCharge will analyze users working patterns and program usage to improve the battery performance and extend run time. It also serves as a guard to prevent power failure by regulating screen brightness and CPU performance while keeping a lookout for background tasks that drain battery unnecessarily and more. Moreover, it is also helps with when you’re in a pinch and need an urgent top up of power. ExpressCharge can get up to 80% battery life in one hour or up to 35% battery life in 20 minutes.

The ExpressConnect component of Dell Optimizer helps manage network bandwidth for better, more stable connectivity. It helps prioritize bandwidth to conferencing applications when you’re on a call or other network-intensive applications while you’re working to make sure you don’t disconnect. It also ensures that you’re connected to the best network available. ExpressConnect intelligently switches between authenticated networks as Wi-Fi quality drops.

Intelligent Audio enables better audio experiences on Dell systems with Dell Optimizer. It can intelligently reduce the background noise while enhancing the user’s voice and stabilize the volume when users are video conferences. Using the proximity microphone, it picks up and brightens the user’s voice while muting the background noise particularly non-human noises. In addition, Intelligent Audio also reduces the audio distortion for better, louder audio without feedback.

Dell Optimizer also comes with ExpressSign-In which uses the PC’s proximity sensor which is enabled by Intel Context Sensing Technology. The sensor will detect the user’s presence; waking the system and log them in with Window Hello when users are in the detection range. Once the user walks away, the sensor will log out, locking the PC to ensure data security.

On Dell Precision workstations, Dell Optimizer will generate analytics to help users keep track of CPU, storage, memory and graphics needs. This will allow users to proactively address and adapt to their workload needs as they arise.

Pricing & Availability

Dell Optimizer will be rolling out to compatible systems in 2021.  It will come pre-installed in the newly announced Dell Latitude 9420 and the Dell Optiplex 7090 Ultra.

[CES 2021] Dell Refreshes Its All-in-One Dell Optiplex Line Up

Dell first announced the Optiplex in 1993. However, back in 2019, the company changed things up by introducing a brand new form factor. The new form factor brought a new modular design that is no larger than the stand of a Dell monitor; it’s literally the size of a slim brick; no thicker than a laptop. In fact, it allowed users to update and upgrade the Optiplex as they needed to.

This year, Dell is bringing two more models to the Dell Optiplex Ultra line up: the Dell Optiplex 3090 Ultra and Dell Optiplex 7090 Ultra. Both come with up to 64GB of RAM with support for up to 2TB of space with options for self-encrypting drives. They run on the latest Intel Core processors with the 3090 supporting the 11th generation Core i3 and i5 processors as well as the Intel Celeron processor; while the 7090 supports the 11th Generation Intel Core i7, in addition to the Core i3 and i5.

Of course, being built for work, the new Dell Optiplex All-in-Ones come with support for the Dell Technologies Unified Workspace. This allows companies to deploy pre-configured systems customised with their apps and settings directly from Dell to their users. It also allows IT to move from a high touch environment to a more remote one with Dell ProSupport Suite. This also allows IT to deploy fixes proactively before hardware breaks down or to patch critical software vulnerabilities.

The modular Optiplex Ultra has a unique design that is tailored for minimalist setups. It is designed for minimal cables and has support for connectivity over USB, Thunderbolt 4.0 and DisplayPort 1.4. A point to note is that not all Optiplex All-in-Ones come with a monitor. You may need to purchase the monitor separately and they are compatible with most monitors out there. However, they are designed for Dell Optiplex stands which allow you to hide the modular brick in the stand. These stands are available and will work with VESA compatible displays.

Pricing & Availability

The Dell Optiplex 7090 Ultra will be available starting from January 28, 2021 with prices starting at USD$769 (MYR3,088.62*) with a fixed stand. No display is included with the Optiplex 7090 Ultra. It will be available in Malaysia starting sometime in January, 2021; no official pricing for Malaysia has been announced.

The Dell Optiplex 3090 Ultra will be available at the same time with prices starting at USD$659 (MYR2,646.65*) with a fixed stand. Again, no display is included. Malaysia will be getting the Optiplex 3090 Ultra in January 2021. No official pricing is available yet.

[CES 2021] Dell Technologies Unveils new Latitude Series Spearheaded by the Latitude 9420

Dell’s Latitude series is a go-to for many corporate and even home users. The line up is famed with being some of the most reliable and durable laptops since it first hit the market. In its many iterations, the Latitude series has only become better with Dell Technologies imbuing it with software and hardware that enhance the user experience as well as the ability for companies to deploy and support the hardware remotely.

Intelligently Optimising While You Work

This year is no different, the Dell Latitude series comes with features that make working on-the-go and even moving around the office easier. The Latitudes adapt and learn with built-in artificial intelligence which adapts and learns from user behaviour. Dell’s built-in AI will automatically optimise application performance, battery run time and more while you work on the Latitude minimizing distractions.

Latitude laptops come with ExpressConnect technology which automatically connects to the strongest known access point in range. It will determine the best network by taking into consideration the signal strength, channel congestion, router type and a few other factors. ExpressConnect will not only connect to known networks; it will also direct bandwidth to conferencing applications to make sure you experience a seamless call.

The laptops in the Latitude series also come with ExpressCharge technology which works in tandem with Dell Optimizer software to improve battery performance. ExpressCharge can deliver up to 35% charge with 20 minutes of charger or up to 80% in 40 minutes with ExpressCharge 2.0. Along with ExpressResponse which is powered by Intel’s Adaptix Technolgy, will prioritize your most important apps to launch faster and perform better.

Dell Latitude 9420

Spearheading the Latitude series this year is the Dell Latitude 9420 which comes with a body made of machined aluminium with a hairline brushed finish accented by diamond-cut edges. It comes with the latest Intel vPro processors which boast 66% better performance thanks to the improved thermal architecture. It also has a 16:10 InfinityEdge display which boasts 5% more visual real estate and ComfortView Plus technology for reduced blue light.

The Latitude 9420 comes in both convertible (2in1) and conventional laptop configurations. It’s also smaller and slimmer than ever. However, Dell still manages to fit a 14-inch display in the 9420. On the battery end, the Latitude 9420 comes with options for a 2-cell, 40Wh or 3-cell, 60Wh Polymer battery. Both support ExpressCharge Boost technology. In addition, you won’t be lugging around a massive power-brick; the Latitude 9240 comes with a small form factor Type-C adapter available in 60W and 65W.

Dell Latitude 7000 series

The 7000 series continues to be the smallest and thinnest of their premium Latitude line up. Coming in 13-inch and 14-inch sizes in both convertible and conventional laptop flavours. It comes in either Carbon Fibre or aluminium builds. Powered for performance with the latest generation of Intel vPro processors.

The Dell Latitude 7520 also comes in a larger 15.6-inch version if you require larger visual real estate. Sangoma Commended by Frost & Sullivan for Delivering Exceptional Customer Experience with its Wide Portfolio of UC Solutions

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Jan. 5, 2021 — Based on its recent analysis of the North American Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) market, Frost & Sullivan recognizes Sangoma Technologies Corporation with the 2020 North American Competitive Strategy Leadership Award. Sangoma’s unified communications (UC) portfolio includes the two most popular open-source private branch exchange (PBX) platforms. Sangoma both supports the open-source community and incorporates the shared innovation into its own solutions, including its SwitchVox hosted UC service.

"Sangoma ranks as one of the few remaining competitors in the UC market that delivers a complete portfolio of on-premise, hybrid, and cloud-based solutions. Both businesses and service providers appreciate Sangoma as a one-stop-shop partner that meets their diverse communications requirements," said Michael Brandenburg Senior Industry Analyst, Connected Work. "Sangoma can serve as the trusted partner for service providers, making available any mix of its products and services to network providers looking to offer Unified-Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS), SIP trunking, and other communications services."

In 2020, Sangoma reported that over 50 percent of its customers were using cloud-based services across its portfolio. Flexibility, in terms of both technology and license pricing and usage, has enabled the company to deliver solutions that work best for its customers. The depth and breadth of its portfolio make it possible for the company to scale from the smallest do-it-yourself customer to larger provider deployments.

Beyond its own UC solutions and communications services, Sangoma’s product portfolio of hardware and software assets, including gateways, session border controllers (SBCs), and endpoints, supports industry standard protocols and interoperability with other platforms, meaning that customers on other UC platforms can still take advantage of the rest of the Sangoma’s standards-based product line. Its strategy of pulling together the right assets to offer a complete set of solutions positions it ideally to disrupt the status quo across any number of markets.

"Sangoma is finding success in the challenging UC market through strategic acquisitions, well-executed innovation, and unwavering focus on enabling technology for a broad range of business customers and service providers," noted Brandenburg. "Supported by an end-to-end product communications portfolio, Sangoma has positioned itself to deliver business communications in alignment with highly-specific customer needs."

Each year, Frost & Sullivan presents this award to the company that has leveraged competitive intelligence to successfully execute a strategy that results in stronger market share, competitive brand positioning, and customer satisfaction.
