If you have been curious about just how far smartphone photography has advanced, OPPO is bringing its latest flagship hardware directly to the public. The company has officially kicked off its OPPO Studio Pop Up Roadshow, a three-city experiential tour specifically designed to let everyday users test the extensive camera capabilities of the highly anticipated Find X9 Ultra. The tour anchors its main event at the Centre Court of Suria KLCC in Kuala Lumpur from May 13 to May 17, 2026, while concurrently running at Mid Valley Southkey in Johor Bahru from May 11 to May 17, and later moving to Queensbay Mall in Penang from May 19 to May 24.

Rather than just looking at a phone tethered to a retail display table, visitors can actively engage with the hardware across six creatively designed interactive stations. For instance, at the Miniature Zoom Experience and the 200-Megapixel Discovery Station, attendees can test the Find X9 Ultra’s impressive ten-times optical zoom by exploring highly detailed miniature environments and high-resolution plant setups. There is also a Surprise Zoom Shot station where users stand on a designated mark and zoom out to reveal hidden scenes, alongside a dedicated Portrait Studio that gives attendees a chance to capture professional-quality portraits.
For mobile photography enthusiasts, the roadshow offers a deeper dive into the technical side of the hardware. The OPPO Heritage Gallery highlights the ongoing partnership between OPPO and the legendary camera brand Hasselblad, a collaborative journey that began back in 2022 with the Find X5. To help users actually maximise these photographic tools, OPPO is hosting dedicated Masterclasses led by prominent local photographers and content creators, including Ming Han, Abeden, and Sam Goh. These specific sessions will provide practical, firsthand tips on framing and shooting with the new device.
Naturally, a physical roadshow comes with heavy promotional incentives for those looking to upgrade their daily driver. The Find X9 Ultra is available for RM6,499 for the 512-gigabyte model and RM7,499 for the massive one-terabyte variant. Purchasing the flagship device nets you a massive bundle of free gifts valued up to RM3,183. This haul includes up to RM800 in extra trade-in rebates, a one-year screen protection plan, a dedicated gift box, a power bank, and an Insta360 Flow2 gimbal. However, it is worth noting that buyers at the Johor Bahru roadshow will receive a premium JisuLife Handheld Fan Ultra2 instead of the Insta360.
If the Ultra model is slightly out of your budget, the standard OPPO Find X9s is priced at RM3,599 and comes with its own generous set of bundled accessories, including an instant RM300 rebate and up to RM400 in extra trade-in value. Furthermore, existing users utilising the MyOPPO App can unlock an additional tier of privileges across both devices, such as an extra RM300 hardware rebate, massive discounts on the Hasselblad Earth Explorer Kit, and extended warranty protection to keep your investment safe.
