OPPO has officially unveiled its latest flagship true wireless earbuds, the OPPO Enco X3s, during a launch event in Penang. These new earbuds focus heavily on delivering superior active noise cancellation (ANC), particularly against human voices, and refined audio quality tuned in collaboration with Danish audio experts Dynaudio.

The Enco X3s feature a sophisticated noise cancellation system, employing three microphones on each earbud in a dual-feed configuration. Combined with real-time audio processing, OPPO claims this system achieves a substantial 55dB reduction in external noise across an exceptionally wide frequency range of 5,500Hz. Significantly, the ANC algorithms have been improved to better tackle mid-frequency sounds, leading to what OPPO calls industry-leading performance against human voices, typically falling within the 50-3,000Hz range. This Real-time Dynamic ANC generates dynamic noise reduction curves, making the earbuds particularly effective in environments like trains and airplanes where background conversations are prevalent.
A new ‘Adaptive Mode’ debuts on the Enco X3s, moving beyond fixed noise reduction curves. This mode intelligently adjusts the level of noise cancellation and transparency based on the user’s surroundings, utilising an additional audio pathway separate from the standard noise reduction system for a more natural effect. The three-microphone array also works with OPPO’s AI call noise reduction to ensure clear calls even in windy conditions up to 20 km/h.

Audio fidelity is another major focus, thanks to the continued partnership with Dynaudio. The Enco X3s include an exclusive ‘Dynaudio featured mode’, tuned by Dynaudio engineers to replicate the brand’s signature audio purity for a natural, live-music feel. For diverse tastes, three additional curated sound modes are available: Ultimate sound, Pure vocals, and Thundering bass.
Supporting this tuning are significant hardware upgrades. Each earbud now houses Dual Dynamic Drivers with an integrated coaxial design, using independent drivers for different frequency ranges to deliver deeper bass and clearer treble. Furthermore, each driver has its own dedicated DAC (Digital-to-Analogue Converter), allowing independent processing of high and low frequencies without interference for superior clarity. OPPO’s proprietary artificial reverberation technology is also included to provide an immersive, omnidirectional soundstage.
Connectivity is handled by Bluetooth 5.4 with Smart Bluetooth for faster, more reliable connections. High-resolution audio is supported via the LHDC 5.0 codec. When paired with compatible OPPO phones running ColorOS 15.0.1 or later, the earbuds enable AI Translate for live and face-to-face translation in over 20 languages. Users of non-OPPO/OnePlus devices can access features through the downloadable HeyMelody app.

Designed for comfort and durability, each earbud weighs just 4.7g and carries an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance 19191919. Battery life is rated at up to 11 hours of music playback (AAC, ANC off) on a single charge, extending to a total of 45 hours with the charging case.
Pricing and Availability
