Samsung has officially unveiled the final piece of its S25 lineup puzzle with the launch of the new Galaxy S25 FE. This year, Samsung is touting the FE as the gateway to a flagship experience at a more accessible price point. The S25 FE brings a number of key upgrades and features to the Fan Edition series. Of course, it comes as no surprise that Galaxy AI, One UI 8 and a robust camera and battery setup.

The Galaxy S25 FE is the first device from Samsung to come with One UI 8 built on Android 16. With Galaxy AI being a core part of One UI 8, Samsung is introducing more improvements to it with multimodal AI agents that make interactions more natural and intuitive. Tools like Gemini Live allow for real-time visual conversations and contextual questions, while Now Bar and Now Brief provide personalised information and daily updates right from the lock screen. For gamers, Circle to Search with Google offers a non-intrusive way to get gaming tips without leaving the game. Data used by the AI features are all protected by the new Knox Enhanced Encrypted Protection (KEEP) and Knox Vault, ensuring that user data and preferences remain secure and on-device.
Beyond the AI experience, the S25 FE brings a huge upgrade to the camera system to the Fan Edition lineup. This year, the camera system on the FE is on par with the vanilla S25. The camera setup includes a 12MP Ultra-Wide Camera, a 50MP Wide Camera, an 8MP Telephoto Camera, and a 12MP Front Camera. For the first time in an FE model, the Galaxy S25 FE comes with an upgraded 12MP front camera, designed to capture captivating selfies with improved clarity. The 8MP Telephoto Camera provides 3x optical zoom, a crucial feature for capturing distant subjects.

The device’s camera experience is enhanced by the AI-powered ProVisual Engine. This allows for better picture and video performance. Of course, Nightography makes an appearance on the S25 FE, providing a low noise mode for clearer night shots and Super HDR in video for lifelike colours and contrast. AI-powered editing tools further enhance the creative process. Generative Edit proactively suggests and removes unwanted distractions from photos, while Instant Slow-mo allows you to transform any video clip into a slow-motion masterpiece with just a single tap. For video content, Audio Eraser offers a convenient way to clean up noise by isolating and removing specific audio elements like wind or crowd noise, giving users precise control over their final video.
Under the hood, the Galaxy S25 FE is built for reliable performance. It’s powered by the Exynos 2400 (4nm) processor with up to 512GB of memory and 8GB of RAM. It’s also equipped with the largest battery capacity in a Fan Edition smartphone – a 4,900mAh battery – for all-day use.





For efficient thermal management, the device includes a vapour chamber that is more than 10% larger, ensuring smooth AI processing and multitasking. The smartphone supports 45W wired charging, which can get the battery to 65% in around 30 minutes. The Galaxy S25 FE also features an enhanced Armor Aluminum frame, which provides improved durability and a more refined finish. The 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display has a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals.

The Galaxy S25 FE will be available starting September 19, 2025, in Malaysia. It comes in two storage configurations with the following Recommended Retail Prices (RRP):
