Acer has launched a new brand of monitors called amadana, combining timeless, minimalist aesthetics with modern performance. The monitors are rooted in a Japanese design philosophy and are built for both productivity and entertainment. The new lineup includes a portable monitor and a desktop display, each with unique features designed to enhance any workspace or home setup.


The amadana 16APM1QJ is an ultra-thin and portable monitor designed for users on the go. This 15.6-inch IPS panel is incredibly light, weighing just 0.65 kg. It features a vivid display with wide viewing angles and a Full HD (1920×1080) resolution with a 60 Hz refresh rate. A standout feature is its built-in stand, which can be tilted up to 90 degrees, offering great flexibility for different work scenarios. It also comes with dual 1W speakers and versatile connectivity options, including two Type-C ports and a mini-HDMI port.


For a more permanent setup, the amadana 27ART0 P1 offers a larger display with a focus on fluid performance. This 27-inch monitor features a ZeroFrame IPS display with a Full HD (1920×1080) resolution and a speedy 144 Hz refresh rate. It also supports Dynamic Refresh Rate functionality, allowing it to run at 120 Hz or 60 Hz. The monitor boasts a 1 ms response time, making it great for gaming and fast-paced content. Its visual quality is impressive, with support for 99% of the sRGB colour gamut and a peak brightness of 250 nits. It comes with dual 2W speakers and a variety of ports, including HDMI and VGA, making it a versatile centrepiece for any home or work setup.
