The new Predator Orion 7000 and Predator Orion 5000 continue the Predator legacy with a slew of upgrades designed for elite gamers and demanding professionals. These new desktops come with the latest processors and graphics, along with significant improvements to their cooling systems, all housed in a chassis that comes with sustainability in mind.
Predator Orion 7000: Peak Performance for Extreme Gamers
The Predator Orion 7000 (PO7-667) is the top-tier offering, built for those who require uncompromised power for gaming, content creation, and professional work. It features up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor 285K with an integrated NPU for AI workloads, ensuring fast processing for gaming, streaming, and multitasking. For graphics, it’s equipped with up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 GPU, which delivers breathtaking ray-traced visuals and advanced AI capabilities like DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation. This also gives users access to NVIDIA NIM Microservices, which are state-of-the-art AI models for building AI assistants and workflows.


To keep all this power in check, the Orion 7000 is equipped with Acer’s new Predator CycloneX 360 cooling system and a CPU liquid cooler. This advanced thermal solution has a unique fan layout and an open channel structure, which boosts the desktop’s cooling efficiency by 15% and lowers motherboard temperatures by 9° Celsius. It also features two 45L chassis, which are made with 65% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic. The desktop supports up to 128 GB of DDR5 7200 MT/s XMP RGB RAM for seamless multitasking and memory-intensive applications. For storage, it can handle up to 6 TB of SSD storage and up to 4 TB of hard drive storage. Graphics are driven by up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card, generating stunning visuals at incredible speeds.


Like its bigger brother, the Orion 5000 also supports up to 128 GB of DDR5 7200 MT/s RGB RAM for a quick response time. Storage includes up to 2 TB of SSD storage for fast load times and up to 4 TB of hard drive storage. Cooling is managed by a Predator CycloneX 360 fan. For networking, it uses Killer E3100G 2.5 Ethernet and up to Wi-Fi 7 for smooth gaming and fast data transfer. Both the Orion 7000 and 5000 are housed in EMI-compliant tempered glass chassis with customizable ARGB lighting.
