What’s truly unique is the “store-within-a-store” concept – a first in Malaysian telco retail. Here, global household names like Samsung and Disney have their own dedicated experiential zones.

In ‘The Stage’ area, a collaboration with Samsung showcases their latest innovations, including lifestyle wearables, smart home appliances, and fitness tech. Customers can get hands-on with these products and even make instant purchases via the ‘Endless Aisle’, a large interactive screen for seamless online ordering and home delivery. Meanwhile, the ‘Connect Lounge’ is designed in partnership with Disney. The lounge takes on different forms at The Gardens Mall and Sunway Pyramid. Pixar takes center stage in The Gardens Mall while Marvel takes over Sunway Pyramid’s lounge. Both aptly named ‘The Pixar Lounge’ and ‘The Marvel Lounge’ respectively, offer family-focused spaces. These areas are inspired by beloved franchises like Toy Story and Marvel, featuring tablets pre-loaded with interactive activities and apps, along with merchandise.
