Being an exclusive Apple only product and software, iOS should enjoy the same status as a mac; secure, virus free, exclusive. It seems though, after the Hackers on Planet Earth conference that the iOS that we thought was super secure because it was only used on Apple’s devices like the iPhone and iPad is not so secured after all. In the conference a iPhone Jailbreak expert have pointed out that Apple may or may not intentionally includes several backdoors in the iOS. Though it does sound like the iOS, through these backdoors is vulnerable to hacker attacks and virus attacks; the iOS is still fairly secure. So what does the backdoors do? Well, according to the expert in the conference it will allow Apple or anyone who have access to that part of the system to collect information, passwords, data and everything that is in your iPhone or iPad. Why Apple leaves these hidden backdoors in the system remains a mystery but allegations over Apple working with the U.S. government to gather intelligence through the iOS has been denied multiple times by Apple Inc.
