While we wait for official Windows 10 for mobile phones to roll out, previews have been sent out to the people of the Windows Insider program. The Windows 10 Mobile build 10149 has just been released to the Slow Ring members.
A couple of weeks before that, the 10136 was released. Although feature packed, it seemed to have a couple of glitches. The upgrade bug was fixed and as of now, can be installed on top of the 10080 preview. With the that release, we saw improvements to the UX, Cortana abilities added and suitable Edge branding for the browser. Other than that, we see the flashlight quick action toggle make its debut. This was for the Fast Ring members who opt to get updates that are quick but are filled with bugs and issues.
The Slow Ring members who choose to wait a little longer, get more reliable and stable updates. The 10149 doesn’t seem to be a major updates. Similar to the previous release, we do see some new animations and the update is now available for testers.
