According to reports, HTC will be unveiling 2 new smartphones in March as following the MWC 2015 in Barcelona, and it looks like there will be a third one! HTC’s Desire line up that goes all the way from 2010 will get a refresh, as according to @upleaks!
@upleaks also posted a list of potential specs for the new Desire device, codenamed A55. It is speculated that it will have a 5.5 inch WQHD display with an octa-core 64-bit MediaTek processor. It will also pack 3GB of RAM with at least 32GB of internal storage. It will also have a 20MP rear camera with either 13MP front camera or 4-UltraPixel front camera. The battery capacity could be around the ranges of under 3000mAH – slightly on the small side to accommodate a super-slim plastic handset.
Typically, the devices from Desire line up is more affordable. Hopefully it is the same for A55 as well. In the upcoming MWC, HTC is expected to reveal a new smartphone and will unveil the One (M9) lineup, along with its first ever wearable device.
