With designs of the Note Edge known, everyone has been speculating whether the South Korean tech giant will be able to keep up with demand due to the complications of the manufacturing process with the curved display. Analyst are suggesting that the company will only be able to ship a meager 1 million units of the headset this year.
Clove, a UK retailer has now come forward and stated that when the Note Edge is released, the British country will not have any stock available. According to reports, distribution sources have explained to the retailer that UK will not be included in the list where the device initially launches in. Not only that, it seems most European countries will not be getting the headset either.
Samsung has yet to confirmed on the reports but this isn’t surprising as reports have been pointing to the this happening. If you’re in the UK and want to buy the Note Edge, Clove will try to source a non-UK source but your chances of being an owner of one in the near future are quite slim.
Pricing has also yet to be released but expect the Note Edge to cost quite a bit due to its unique selling point!
