Football is one of the many international passions that many people partake in. It doesn’t matter which team you support – England, Germany, Wales, Ukraine or Belgium – the sport, not only brings together fans, but they also passionately express themselves with their jerseys and chants in the stadiums and even their living rooms. However, with the pandemic rearing its unsightly head, we’re relegated to enjoying our matches together over Zoom watch parties.
“The virtues of football, in how it brings people together all across the world, from different backgrounds, from different teams, all in the name of sportsmanship, is what makes it a truly beautiful game. While the experience will be different this year, I am excited to be teaming up with vivo to encourage and enable fans to be in the moment and bring their energy and passion into one of the most beautiful moments of the tournament.”
Michael Owen, UEFA EURO 2020™ Ambassador

The company has collaborated with the Pan-Disability Football Club to help make a meaningful impact locally, in Malaysia, by donating MYR35 for every smartphone sold on their official e-store to the Pan-Disability Football Club. The money donated through the campaign will be used to help the football club build a dedicated training center and facilities to empower differently-abled individuals to become part of the football dream.
“Disability is not a barrier and our passion for sports has no limits. It creates opportunities for people to share and connect through sports, especially for our athletes with disabilities. We appreciate the given opportunity by vivo to share our football dreams with the world despite these challenging times,”
