Sony has not always released the best entry level devices when it comes down to specifications, but it looks like that might change in the near future with a device set to compete directly with the popular Moto G. The yet unnamed phone code named D2403 recently passed through GFXBench leaving a trail of specifications in its wake. The device carries a similar codename to that of the Sony Xperia M2 but differs in screen size – 4.5 inches compared to the 5-inch M2. The Sony D2403 also touts a Snapdragon quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz with Adreno 305 graphics unit with 1 GB of RAM. The specifications seems to be taking aim at the Moto G one upping the Moto G in storage with 16GB of storage. The device is looking to launch with Android 4.4.2 Kit Kat.
