Samsung has been releasing quite a few interesting and eye catching phones that making quite an impact on the mid range market of the industry.
Recently, the lowest end member of the Galaxy A family has surfaced. Known as the SM-A300, the handset has been seen on the tech tycoon’s official website. The UAProf listing has confirmed rumors and leaks that the headset will be featuring the Snapdragon 410 processor as the heart of the gadget.
The device hence will be powered by a 64-bit entry level chip that features up to four Cortex-A53 cores and the Adreno 306 GPU.
The only interesting part of this is that the SM-A300 is featuring a much more powerful processor than the higher end Galaxy A5 that runs on a weaker Snapdragon 400 processor. But not to worry, the company may be changing to the stronger Snapdragon 410 chip before it releases the final Galaxy A5.
On top of the faster processor, the SM-A300 will feature a 4.8 incg 540 x 960 pixel resolution display. It will be equipped with an 8 megapixel main camera and a 5 megapixel front shooter. In addition, it will also feature 1 GB of RAM which is mated with 8 GB worth of internal storage. The SM-A300 will be running on Android 4.4.4 KitKat.
