Samsung is working on a device being powered by a 64-bit Marvell processor. The device known as the SM-J100F is to take advantage of Google rolling out the Android 5.0 Lollipop update.The SM-J100F has been revealed in GFXBench benchmarks which was discovered by GalaxyClub.nl.
The SM-J100F will according to the report, be sporting a 4.8 inch WVGA display as well as a 5-megapixel primary camera with LED flash that has 1080p video recording capabilities. The front shooter of this device is a a 5-megapixel camera that too, has 1080p video recording. As for now, it seems it will run on Android 4.4.4 KitKat but this will likely be upgraded to Lollipop before its commercial launch.
In addition, the SM-J100F is rumored to be powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Marvell Armada PXA1908SoC which is mated with 1GB RAM and 4GB worth of internal memory. The Armada PXA1908 SoC from Marvell features four Cortex A53 CPU cores with 64-bit processing abilities, Vivante GC7000UL GPU, and 4G LTE connectivity.
