Ever wanted to experience what a Galaxy device is like? Samsung has just the thing for you! The technology company has brought its Galaxy Studio to Malaysia. Located in the heart of the Malaysian capital at Lot 10, the new Samsung Galaxy Studio looks to bring the best features of Samsung’s devices front and center for everyone to experience. The Malaysian Samsung Galaxy Studio will allow Samsung fans to experience the latest and greatest Samsung devices including the recently launched Galaxy Note8, the Gear Sport, Gear Fit2 Pro, Gear 360 and Gear VR.
This time around, the Galaxy Studio will focus on experiences surrounding the latest entry into the Galaxy Note lineup: the Samsung Galaxy Note8. The Galaxy Studio experience starts off with an interactive screen which connects to the Note8 through WiFi. This screen allows visitors to explore the features of the new phablet including Samsung’s new smart assistant, Bixby. In addition to that, you’ll be able to experience the Infinity Display in all its glory. It also allows you to view how immersive the display is by placing the Note8 against pictures taken with the 12-megapixel camera of the Note8 allowing them to blend into each other seamlessly.
In addition to this, the Galaxy Studio highlights the IP68 rating of both the phablet and its quintessential S-Pen with its Liquid Canvas. With this portion, visitors can express themselves through selfies and the S-Pen’s colouring features before being featured in the Galaxy Studio on the Samsung TV.
The Studio also features Samsung’s line up Gear products including the Gear VR and Gear 360. The Gear 360 is highlighted through the 360 Snow Globe where visitors can take a 360° selfie to create their own unique digital snow globe that they can share with their friends and family.
One of the biggest strides in immersive entertainment in recent years is VR and Samsung was one of the first to bring that to mobile. You’ll be able to experience an immersive VR game co-created with Six Flags in the US at the Studio. This is done with the Note8 and the Gear VR with controller.
Finally, Samsung also has an extensive line up of health-centric devices in their Gear lineup. You’ll be able to experience the smart wearables with a fun Cycling game which highlights the Gear Fit2 Pro’s kinetic sensors.
Malaysia joins an exclusive group of countries with the launch of the Galaxy Studio in Lot 10, Kuala Lumpur. The Galaxy Studio has attracted over 900,000 visitors in places like Sydney, Stockholm, Dubai and Hong Kong. The Galaxy Studio will be opened for 3 months beginning 27th October 2017 from 10am to 10pm. Customers who purchase a Galaxy Note8 from October 27th to 29th at the Galaxy Studio will receive a free Gear VR.
