Razer has unveiled the successor to its smartband, Nabu at the CES 2015. Known as Nabu X, the only significant difference we see compared to the previous Nabu is the displays. Unlike its older brother, the Nabu X has no clear display and is actually more affordable.
The Nabu X has three LED indicators which colors are customizable. It has the same functionality as the original Nabu such as activity tracking. Users will be able to track activity, as well as have vibrations for notifications, have their gestures recognized and communicate with other smartbands.
The Nabu X also supports Android and iOS smartphones as well as third party apps. We should be seeing a launch in the next few months and the device is slated to cost USD$ 49.99 (MYR 180). The members of the Razer Insider Community in America and across Europe will be able to get their hands on the device for only USD$ 19.99 (MYR 75) if they purchase it this month!
