So we are at this again; OnePlus One is, again delayed. Well when we say delayed, this time it is just for the European continent. Plenty of those who got the invites to purchase this mind bogglingly cheap ‘flagship killer’ probably already got their hands on one. The devices for the European market however is delayed due to a misprinting of a logo. The European Union realised the mistake and decided to immediately cut off the shipping of the phones to customers and shipped it back to OnePlus to be redesigned. Now the logo in question is not OnePlus’ own logo, it is the CE logo that we usually see on phones that enters the European market. It is a well known requirement in that continent for all electronics that are going to reach the hands of the consumers. What OnePlus did was that they altered they CE logo, according to some reports by accident. But it could be on purpose as well to suit the design language of the device. Whatever it is, we don’t know. But due to that the EU decided that the OnePlus One cannot enter the continent until it is corrected which means that customers in Europe will not get their devices any time soon. Our opinion? Come on OnePlus you can do better than these petty mistakes. Considering the hype Oneplus One stirs around the globe, this is not a good sign for the brand at all.
