In OnePlus’ own forum, OnePlus team has posted a message that is addressed to Malaysian market. The message includes an apology to Malaysian fans, as they feel that they have let the Malaysian fans down.
In the message, they expressed their inexperience, thus felt the need to apologize for a number of mistakes that they have made. They promised to do better in the future for the Malaysian market. It’s not common to see this kind of message being directed to a specific market. Despite having initial setbacks in being so eager in getting the phone that they lost track of what matters the most, it’s good that they are still invested in the Malaysian market and community as a whole.
They were in town of KL recently to close deals with potential partners, as well as to sort out issues regarding their supply chain. Thus, they look like they are keeping their promises with the Malaysian market, with a launch date being tagged as soon as they have a chance.
