The OnePlus Power Bank has officially been announced! As part of its anniversary celebration, the company has announced its 10,000 mAh capacity power bank that has two USB output at 2A. This allows two gadgets to be powered at once. It weighs only 220g and measures in at 16.2mm.
The OnePlus has a minimal design with clean round edges with a slim physical appearance. It looks like an external hard disk. To activate the device, all you have to do is plug a smartphone in and hence, there’s no need for a power button. There are four LED indicators on the side of the power bank to display how much power is left. The LED indicators can also be lit with a light shake but in the long term, we don’t think this would be a good idea.
Security wise, the OnePlus power bank has electrostatic, short-circuit, overcharging and overheating protection. The device is already listed for the price USD$14.99 (MYR 55). It will be available in Silk White and Sandstone Black. No word on its availability in Malaysia but once we hear anything, we’ll be sure to let you know!
