It seems Samsung is working on UHD “4K” displays for smartphones that will bring resolutions of 3840 x 2160 to users. The display should be making its debut next year. Now however, new rumors have surface that the South Korean tech tycoon might be actually take things up to notch by releasing a 5.9 inch display with 4K resolution and production seems to have already kicked off three months ago!
What 5.9 inch smartphone are we talking about? The Note 5! If this really is the Note 5, Samsung is going to bring the family up by 0.2 inches from the already big 5.7 inches. The flagship should be the first of the smartphones from the company that sports the anticipated 4K resolution.
So far, nothing else has been spurted out of the rumor mill. But, by knowing this, are you going to get the Note 5? A bigger screen with better resolution, doesn’t sound that bad does it?
