There are new leaks flying around about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 and the display screen size are something we have yet to see.
Although the Mega series was not to suppose to a flagship series for the company, Samsung has made a vital impact with the line up of Mega phones. After over a year of being announced, it looks like the sequel to the Mega was bound to happen.
And the Mega 2 doesn’t seem to be any normal follow up to the original smartphone. It is definitely going to make its own mark with its 7 inch display screen. Yes, you read right – the Mega 2 will feature a 7 inch screen. This doesn’t even need to be compared to the previous 5.8 inch original Mega.
Other specs for the Mega 2 are a 720p display, a quad-core Qualcomm processor, 1.8GB of RAM (probably 2GB officially), 5.1GB of storage (we’re guessing that’s actually 8GB but accounting for the Android/TouchWiz install), a 12-megapixel rear camera, a 4.7-megapixel front-facing shooter, and Android 4.4.3.
The Samsung Galaxy Mega was never the top of the line and if you are looking for top notch smartphones, we would rather you get a Note 3. But with the Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 in the works, we might be seeing a higher standard for the Mega series that leaves us to stand corrected.
