Motorola Sets Up Shop with LAZADA!
Motorola is a brand which shouldn’t be foreign to anyone at this point. From it return to glory under Google and its continued growth under Lenovo. The company recently brought its flagship Moto Z series and its unique proposition of the MotoMods to Malaysia; the latest of which is the Moto Z2 Play which was launched recently. In addition to the Moto Z2 Play, the company also brought the Moto G5 Plus and Moto E4 series as well as debuted the Moto C series in Malaysia.
Until now, the devices have only been available at roadshows as well as Motorola Mobility’s partners nationwide. However, that’s about to change. The now Lenovo-owned company is looking to bring its devices to a larger audience through its new partnership with Lazada. The company announced recently the launch of its official Motorola e-store exclusively on Lazada. The e-store will carry the whole lineup of Motorola’s offerings.
In celebration of their launch, the company was offering their premium mid-range offering, the Moto G5 Plus for RM999 which came with freebies worth up to RM647. The promotion was valid from August 28th to 31st or while stocks last. That said, as of writing, there are still units available on the official store.
If you missed out on the Launch promotion, Motorola is also having a Merdeka and Malaysia Day promotion which will be running until the 30th of September 2017. During this promotion period, purchasers will be entitled to a myriad of freebies. This includes a free Incipio Power Pack Moto Mod worth RM499 with every purchase of the Moto Z or Moto Z Play. In addition, with selected Moto and Lenovo Mobile smartphone models, you’ll be entitled to 12-months extended warranty and accidental damage protection worth RM448. Other free gifts include a 16GB microSD card, umbrella, backpack, Moto touch flip cover, tempered glass and screen protector.
