Motorola seems to be very busy this year with multiple devices leaking and coming through the rumour mill. This time there are rumours of two devices: the Moto S and the Verizon bound Droid Turbo.
The Droid Turbo with the model number XT1254 (quark_verizon) specifications have leaked. It looks like the device is going to be quite the monster running on the Quad Core Snapdragon 805 clocked at 2.65 GHz with 2 GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The Motorola made device looks to be running on Android 4.4.4 with a 4.6-inch display with a 1440×2560 quadHD display with a pixel density of 640 dpi. Also part of the device is a humungous 20-Megapixel camera with a 2-MegaPixel front facing camera. The pixel density of this device is insane!
The Motorola made Moto S is also making its rounds in the rumour mill. The Moto S is speculated to be an entry into the Android Silver program. The device is specification monster, a change that seems to be resonating throughout all the rumours that have been surrounding Motorola’s upcoming devices. It is rumoured to come with a 2K display with an insane amount of RAM and a 13-MegaPixel camera. The Motorola made device is also rumoured to be running stock Android.
While there isn’t much information available on both devices, the leaks provide some convincing proof. We’ll have to wait for more information or maybe the Motorola event later in September to find out more. Though, if last year’s trend is anything, we not see the devices in September but at a separate Verizon event.
