Samsung and Montblanc are joining forces in an effort to bring some premium accessories to the Galaxy Note 4.
For those who want a bit more class and luxury for your Galaxy Note 4’s, Montblanc will be putting out new cases and styluses for your phablet. The Note 4 has perhaps the best stylus around today for mobile devices, though it looks fairly pedestrian. Montblanc, in honor of their heritage of writing instruments, is offering a stylus that resembles your business class fountain pen and whats more, it even doubles as a regular pen with a removable ink cartridge. Two models of the stylus are in production; the Pix, which has a Rollerball exchange, retailing for $350 and the e-Starwalker, which has a Fineliner exchange and retails for $525.
Premium leather cases are also on offer for the Note 4, designed chiefly with style in mind and of course, bearing the classic white star logo, signature of Montblanc. So far two models of the cases are retailing, which are the Meisterstuck Soft Grain and the Extreme Cover. The Mesiterstuck is composed of Italian full-grain calfskin and bring some customization to your device with an ink inspired unlock wallpaper and a special edition Montblanc S Note app. The Extreme Cover as the name suggests has more durability, with a high performance leather capable of withstanding heat, abrasion and water. These cases also come with a digital ID chip that enables access to special Montblanc digital content through your device. As expected of Montblanc products, the prices are at a premium, with both cases retailing at $245.
It seems that Samsung are looking to attract customers from the top echelons of society and through this partnership with Montblanc, it is most definitely a step in the right direction.
