MatahariMall.com (MatahariMall), an eCommerce venture funded by Lippo Group, announces the launch of its mobile application today. The mobile app is free and available for download on App Store for iOS users as well as Google Play Store for Android users. MatahariMall mobile app provides seamless shopping experience to customers by offering a user-friendly interface that can be used to explore and sort more than hundreds and thousands of SKUs based on their product categories, brands, and price.
A research held by Google stated that Indonesia’s smartphone adoption doubles just in a span of one year. Moreover, most of the smartphone users spend more than five hours to access various contents from their smartphone.

On the first download, customers are introduced up and close with MatahariMall’s O2O feature, where customers can buy, retrieve, and return their goods in various O2O spots in Indonesia. The mobile application’s homepage serves three important elements: recent promotions and discounts, categories of goods, and newest products offered by MatahariMall. Featuring smooth transition, easy filtering between categories and facilitates better knowledge about the product through the full screen and zooming mode, MatahariMall’s mobile application is believed to ease customers’ shopping routines.
MatahariMall is the first eCommerce venture to apply a fresh and unique concept of recommended products. Adopting the layout and interface of a popular dating app, one of MatahariMall mobile app features presents customers with a wide range of goods, which they can easily swipe to put on their ‘love list’ for future assessment, or they can also buy the product right then and there.

To commemorate the launch of its mobile application, MatahariMall holds a Flashmob Sale Campaign, where certain categories of goods will be discounted and 99% discount will be back. Flashmob Sale, which provides discounts up to 99% percent for wide selection of products such as camera, smartwatch, and smartphone, as well as discounts on groceries and fashion, will be ready to be embraced by customers starting from tomorrow (3/12). In addition, MatahariMall will give away voucher worth for IDR 100,000 for 5.000 first users.
