LG Electronics (LG) has announced yesterday that the LG G Pad 10.1 will be available worldwide. The G Pad is the largest tablet in the G series and is equipped with a widescreen display. It runs on a 8000 mAh battery that is perfect for hours of endless entertainment and multimedia experience.
The G Pad 10.1 is boasted by LG to be the full package and the tablet that brings the best features of the LG G3 such as Touch & Shoot, Dual Window and Smart Keyboard truly to life. The device makes connectivity more convenient for users with QPair 2.0. This provides users with smooth convergence between Android powered tablets and the user’s smartphones. Connectivity is established via Bluetooth connection.With the QPair 2.0, users can receive notifications of calls or messages from their smartphone and use the LG G Pad 10.1 to reply or take the call directly.
Also, the LG G Pad is equipped with the Knock Code™, the popular and acclaimed security feature that combines powering on and unlocking into one quick step. This feature allows up to four users to register their knock patterns so family members can share the same tablet while still being able to keep their data and photos private.
The tablet sports a 10.1 inch 1280 x 800 display and runs on a 1.2 GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm® Snapdragon processor. It has 1 GB RAM and 16 GM eMMC worth of memory with a microSD slot.
