Lenovo has taken to its Google Plus account and unveiled its flagship smartphone, the Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro!
The huge 6 inch 2K display smartphone seems to be one that will easily compete with other flagships currently in the market. Sporting a 16 megapixel main camera, the device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with the company’s Vibe UI 2.0 on top.
The successor to 2013’s Vibe Z has ultra thin bezels and is just 7.7 mm thick, making it slim and light at 179 grams in weight. The device sports a 2560 x 1440 resolution and is labelled to have a “brushed-weave unibody design”.
The Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro is packed with a Snapdragon 801 2.5GHz chipset with 3GB of RAM, 32GB of non-expandable storage, and a massive 4000 mAh battery.
The main focus in the promo video is the gadget’s camera that is equipped with an Auto Scene Detection mode, including an Ultra Night Mode for improved low-light shots. In addition, there is a Pro Mode which allows users to take control of various technical aspects such as ISO, exposure, contrast and many more.
The device is LTE-enabled and has dual-SIM support. It will be available in three colours – titanium, gold and black. While pricing has yet to be announced, the Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro will be available in selected markets such as Russia starting next month.
