Lenovo To Announce New Flagship Vibe Z2 Pro

Lenovo, the company which just acquired Motorola, is set to announce a new flagship device this August 5th. The device is expected to carry the moniker Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro and would usher a new line of devices into the global market. However, according to sources from the United States, the device is expected to launch with an alphanumeric model number, K920, instead.
No matter what the name, the device is looking to be a behemoth of a device. Leaks which surfaced days before launch point to Lenovo having opted to follow LG’s lead in releasing a QuadHD device with a resolution of 1440×2560 pixels measuring 6.0-inch. The device is rumoured to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 Quad Core processor clocked at 2.5 GHz and come with 2 GB of RAM. The device is said to come with a massive 4,000 mAh battery in a slim 7.7 mm body. It is expected that the Vibe Z2 Pro will come with 32 GB of internal memory and a microSD expansion slot. The device is also coming with a 16 megapixel camera, as seen in the teaser image, with optical image stabilization. In addition it is expected that the device will come with a front facing 5 megapixel camera.
With the device set to launch in a few days, more details will be confirmed.
