The iPad Pro, Apple’s upcoming product, is no exception when it comes to leaks in future products. French site Nowhereelse.fr has posted an image of the case that could be the design for the upcoming device!
According to them, the image is sourced by a reliable source the website has been in contact with for many years. Without doubt, the case as shown in the image above may be rather large and thus can fit int a tablet that’s about 12.2 inch to 12.9 inch.
From the image, you can see that there are two speaker cutouts at the top and at the bottom of the case. This could accommodate the stereo speakers as rumored for the device. The usuals are present as well; headphone jack at the top left, volume buttons on the right, camera cutouts at the back, Lighting port cutouts at the bottom of the case, along with power button cutout located at top right – all consistent with the elder siblings of its kind, iPad Air and iPad mini.
However, there is an unknown cutout on the left side of the case. It could be a SIM tray, but the previous designs did not have them in the same location.
Some design elements may be slightly different as case makers often make molds that are based on the leaked design specs, and also because information may not be accurate. However, most case leaks are highly accurate.
The iPad Pro is named by the media, with speculations that it will have 12.2 to 12.9 inch screen, with A8x or A9 processor, along with similar design and style to iPad Air or the iPad mini, thin bodied, and with a high-res screen. Some say that it could be the first tablet from Apple to be shipped with an included stylus due to its size.
Whilst there’s no news on the release date officially, many suggested that it could be officially released in the 2nd or 3rd quarter later this year. Stay tuned for more news regarding this latest creation of Apple’s!
