Apple has announced and released the iPad Air 2! With this device, we see quite an improvement from its predecessor.
The Apple iPad Air 2 is now powered by an all new A8 processor and M8 coprocessor. The gadget sports an 8 megapixel iSight camera as well as Touch ID. It is a slim built and light weight device that only measures 6.1 mm. With this, it has been branded as the ‘world’s thinnest tablet’ as it comes 18 percent thinner that the previous iPad Air.
The iPad Air 2 however, does look similar to the iPad Air 1 in a lot of ways. We’re looking into the internal hardware rather than the physical aspect of it. The iPad Air 2 basically is equipped with better internal workings but in the same outer package.
You can visit Apple’s website for more information as we have yet to get exact specs of the device. The Apple iPad Air 2 costs USD$499(MYR 1635) for the 16 GB variant. The 128 GB version equipped with wi-fi is priced at USD$699 (MYR 2290). If you add in an LTE feature, it’s going to cost an extra USD$130 (MYR 426).
