Huawei has unveiled a mid range phablet, the Ascend GX1!
The Ascend GX1 sports a 6 inch 720p display and is powered by a Qualcomm’s 64-bit Snapdragon 410 processor. The device has a 35000 mAh battery for power and camera wise, has an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front shooter. The gadget features 1 GB worth of RAM mated with 8 GB worth of internal memory expandable up to 32 GB via microSD. It has dual SIM and LTE capabilities and out of the box, runs on Android 4.4 with Huawei’s own software running on top.
From the physical built, the Ascend GX1 looks to be a thin and sleek plastic design with thin bezels. We’re not quite sure if the device will be available out of China any time soon but in its home country, the Ascend GX1 is going for CNY 1590 (USD$256/MYR898).
