Google has been caught in a decision with the sales of the Google Glass Explorer.
Is the company ready to spearhead the device at an international level? It would do so at a lower price to target a larger audience. Previously, Google removed the exclusivity from the Glass, making it available for any shopper spending $1500. Although this may be possible or maybe even a very smart move, this is just mere whispers. Nothing is for sure.
There are a list of limitations to the current purchase of the Glass – you have to be an 18 year old or above residing in America. However, there are rumours that Google will be planning on making an announcement to in fact, confirm sales of the Glass to international shoppers. The rest of the details are only guesses. United Kingdom has been mentioned specifically in the list that may get access to the device. No other country has made the cut.
The fire is added to the rumours that state that there may be possible Japanese support in the firmware. But like has been stated before, nothing is confirm. Although it would be a long awaiting moment for us too to get the exciting privilege of owning the Google Glass Explorer.
