Samsung made a return with AMOLED displays on the Tab S’s tablet with high ratings in reviews and approval. Coming in two variants – 8.4 inches and 10.5 inches, the Tab S lacked one thing – good performance. This was due to the fact the tablet ran on an Exynos 5420 processor to power its high end resolution WQXGA (2560×1600) displays.
However, Samsung seems to be in the works of fixing that problem at least in South Korea. A device with the model number SM-T805S has surfaced and it seems to be the Galaxy Tab S with one adjustment. The device is powered by a new Exynos 5433 chipset instead. This should rectify all performance issues and wow an already impressed crowd.
We’re hoping that Samsung brings this better version outside South Korea. The device should launch between mid-October and early-November this year!
