Apple has called in help from its assembly partner Pegatron to amp up the production for the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus again! The iPhone 6 has been breaking records since it went live for sale two months ago. Apple has sold over millions of units world wide with more regions being added to the list.
Pegatron will be zooming in on the larger variant of the two as the demand seems to be stronger on that end. Foxconn, Apple’s main man, has been unable to keep with the demand and as we come closer to Christmas, it’s only natural for the Cupertino company to ask for a hand. Pegatron has gained quite a bit as well by partnering with Apple. The supplier’s communications department has experienced a 10 percent increase in revenue yearly.
Pegatron was a supplementary assembly partner for Apple for the iPhone 5c as well as both current iPhones and iPads. With this supplier playing a more bigger role in production, Apple fans shouldn’t find any issue buying an iPhone as a Christmas or New Year’s gift!
