Apple and PayPal may be looking to fix their relationship with each other. Recode has reported that the tech giant is allowing PayPal back as a payment option on its official American and United Kingdom website.
Apple earlier in the year, cut off PayPal in recommendations to developers who were working on the Apple Pay, which is Apple’s mobile payment system. Neither parties have commented on the strain between them. One of the speculations was that Apple cut PayPal off because it was working with Samsung on the fingerprint reader.
For now, it seems like both the companies are trying to civil with one another for the sake of their image and business prospects. To make things a little better, Apple is even promoting PayPal’s credit payments that will give shoppers the opportunity to pay for goods in installments with no interest.
Well, to us, this just looks like a move to keep consumer experience at its peak as PayPal is the most convenient way for shoppers to make online payment for now. We’ll see how things go when Apple Pay is fully launched in public.
