Samsung Malaysia Electronics has launched its 2025 Bespoke AI home appliance lineup, featuring a range of intelligent and connected devices designed to simplify daily routines and enhance the home environment. The new lineup includes the Bespoke AI Side-by-Side Refrigerator, the Bespoke AI Top Load Laundry, and the Bespoke AI Jet Ultra.
Samsung’s focus is on integrating AI technology to make appliances more adaptive to user behaviour and to improve energy efficiency. The new appliances also feature enhanced connectivity and user interface elements, such as built-in screens and voice control.
Samsung aims to create a connected home experience where users can manage and interact with their appliances from anywhere. This is facilitated by the SmartThings ecosystem, Samsung’s platform for connecting various devices. To ensure security and data protection, the new appliances incorporate Samsung Knox.
Bespoke AI Side-by-Side Refrigerator
The 2025 Bespoke AI Side-by-Side Refrigerator comes with a 9-inch LCD AI Home screen and is designed to provide personalised food storage solutions. The smart display allows users to control other Samsung devices, make calls, play music, and access recipe suggestions through SmartThings Food Management.
The refrigerator includes features like Auto Open Door, which uses sensors to detect when a user’s hands are full and automatically opens the door. AI Energy Mode helps reduce power consumption by up to 10%. It constantly tracks energy usage, estimates the monthly electricity bill, and provides energy-saving recommendations. The refrigerator also has a built-in UV deodoriser and filter to maintain air quality and eliminate odours.
Bespoke AI Top Load Laundry
The Bespoke AI Top Load Laundry washers aim to simplify laundry routines with AI-powered functions. AI Wash detects fabric type and load weight to optimise settings, while AI Energy Mode reduces energy consumption during certain cycles. AI Vibration Reduction Technology Plus (VRT+™) minimises noise and vibration during operation.
The washers also feature Ecobubble™ technology, which combines BubbleStorm™ and Dual Storm™ to improve cleaning efficiency and reduce fabric damage. The washers are compatible with SmartThings for remote monitoring and control. The Digital Inverter Motor comes with a 20-year warranty.
Bespoke AI Jet Ultra
The Bespoke AI Jet Ultra is Samsung’s new cordless stick vacuum cleaner, offering powerful suction up to 400W. It is equipped with the HexaJet Motor for optimised airflow and motor efficiency, and it provides up to 100 minutes of cleaning time in Min mode.
AI Cleaning Mode 2.0 automatically adjusts performance based on the cleaning environment. The vacuum’s Multi-layered Filtration System captures 99.999% of fine dust, and its HEPA filtration technology traps particles as small as 0.3µm.
The Bespoke AI Jet Ultra includes Wi-Fi and SmartThings connectivity for remote monitoring, and an LCD screen displays alerts and battery status.
Enhanced AI Home Experience
Samsung is emphasising the security of its smart home ecosystem with Samsung Knox, which provides multi-layered data protection. Knox Vault securely stores sensitive data, and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) is incorporated into Knox Matrix Credential Sync for screen-equipped products to protect against potential quantum attacks.
SmartThings Home Care uses AI to monitor appliance status and provide maintenance notifications, and remote assistance from technical support is available.
Samsung’s vision involves a “screen everywhere” approach, where displays are integrated into various appliances to provide information and control. Bixby voice control is also a key component of this vision, enabling users to interact with appliances hands-free.
Pricing & Availability
The Samsung BESPOKE AI Jet Ultra is currently available for pre-order on Samsung’s website. The unit will be retailing for RM4,499.
Samsung’s BESPOKE AI side-by-side refrigerator will be available in a few configurations. The 594L capacity Family Hub SBS Refrigerator will be retailing at RM12,299. The 594L Bespoke AI Refrigerator SBS with a 9-inch LCD will be retailing for RM10,599. The 609L Refrigerator SBS -Food Showcase will be retailing at RM8,799. All models are available for pre-order on Samsung’s online store.
The BESPOKE AI Top Load Laundry washing machines will be available in 13kg, 15kg, and 19kg configurations. The 13kg configuration will retail at RM2,239, the 15kg at RM2,469 and the 19kg at RM2,949.
