Samsung is set to begin production of their brand new eUFS 3.1 storage module for flagships this month. The new flash memory can write at speeds up to 1.2GBps, triple the speeds of a eUFS 3.0 module. The module will be available in 512GB, 256GB, and 128GB variants.
