Samsung Galaxy Tab S Makes Malaysian Debut this Friday!
Samsung recently launched their first flagship line of tablets, the Galaxy Tab S, in June this year and after its global launch just two weeks ago in the U.S., the tablet is set to make its debut here in Malaysia.
The device didn’t shy away from the specifications adopting a “Super High Resolution” Super AMOLED with a 2560×1600 resolution and the finger print scanning technology first seen in the Galaxy S5. It comes in 8.4 and 10.5-inch variants. It will come with an Exynos Octa eight core processor or a Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor depending on whether you get the WiFi or 4G LTE version. It will come with 3GB of RAM and 16GB or 32GB of internal storage expandable by up to 128GB with a MicroSD card. It will come with an 8-megapixel camera with a 2.1-megapixel front facing camera.
The tablet with its impressive specifications is set to debut here in just a day’s time on Friday the 11th of July. Samsung’s determined to make the launch of the Galaxy Tab S an event by offering a hefty RM 500 discount on your total bill upon purchasing the Galaxy Tab S at the Samsung Experience Stores in Gurney Paragon, Penang and The Gardens Mall, Kuala Lumpur. The discount is, however, valid for only the first 100 customers who purchase the tablet.
The Galaxy Tab S will be retailing for RM 1699 (USD$ 535) for the 8.4-inch variant and RM 1999 (USD$ 630) for the 10-inch variant.
