Samsung Galaxy Pocket 2 and Core 2 Duos Slated for Release
A store located in Vietnam has reported that Samsung is to release yet another couple smartphones known as the Samsung Galaxy Pocket 2 and Core 2 Duos.
The Core 2 Duos isn’t much to talk about but is supposedly better than the Pocket 2. It runs on Android 4.4.2, has a 4.5 inch WVGA display, a 5 megapixel main camera and a quad core processor. The Pocket 2 is the successor the original Pocket, Pocket Plus and Pocket Neo. The Pocket 2 will feature a 3.2 inch QVGA display, 512MB of RAM, a 1.0 GHz processor. It will also run on Android Kit Kat. Hopefully these phones don’t turn out as bad since it will be utilizing the latest version of Android.
Both the Core 2 Duos and Pocket 2 are lower end smartphones for those who are looking to save a lot of money. The performance of both phones do not seem too promising. Whether these new releases are confirmed or when it will be released is still a question mark to us. We will keep you updated as we get more details.
