Galaxy S5 Lollipop leaks again
Thanks to SamMobile, we have yet another leak regarding Android 5.0 Lollipop! It looks like this time around the update is going to bring Samsung’s very own TouchWix in line with the new Material Design update.
The new version with the build number LRX02E will be giving us the new Note 4 fingerprint lock screen, the new system wide font, new animations that are much smoother than before as well as Google Search bar in the recents menu. Along with all this, we also have a brand new yellow colored brightness slider in the notification center. The “interruptions” feature has been removed from the sound settings and now media in the gallery can be sorted using new filters such as food, vehicles and flowers. There is an improved user interface in the music feature as well as navigation bar icons accompanied by text in the clock app. In the calculator feature, the square grids surrounding the numbers and symbols have been removed and there is a new search box in the contacts phone book. Android Lollipop theme’s core green elements have been replaced with Samsung’s signature blue. In addition, there is also a new user interface for setting wallpapers from the home screen as well as better spacing between options in the power off dialog.
The build hence has changed the ‘L’ to ‘5.0’, albeit still missing a sense of Lollipop branding. We can only assume that this build is based on the pre-release code from Google! So do take it with a grain of salt!
