Facebook Planning to Introduce Payments in Messenger
Something revolutionary has taken place. Well, that’s a little exaggerated but still, it’s pretty cool. Andrew Aude who hails from Stanford has shown off a hidden code that will allow Facebook users to transfer funds as simple as how we already transfer images. By adding a payment card and PIN code, users will now be able to send friends sums of cash. It’s totally private and seems to be a free of charge transaction – for now.
It’s still a mystery when payments will be ready to use and CEO Mark Zuckerberg has even commented that there’s still a lot of work to be done with the feature before it can be released. Maybe the new hire, David Marcus who is the former CEO of PayPal will be off some help in speeding up the process!
